Alma Faye’s Obituary PRINCETON, WV – Alma Faye Turner, age 77, passed away at her home on Sunday, February 17, 2019. Born September 13, 1941, in Richlands, VA, she was the daughter of the late Garland Garfield Smith and Mary Martha Thomas Smith. Alma was of the Pentecostal Holiness faith.

She was a homemaker and a beloved mother, grandmother, and sister. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Isaac Turner; one son, Baby Turner; two sisters, Geraldine Boone and Deborah Cobble; and three brothers, Lee Thomas, Glen Edward Smith, and Roy Roger Smith. Survivors include two sons, Harold and Daniel Turner, both of Princeton, WV; two brothers, Donnie and Bobbie Joe Smith, both of Raven, VA; two sisters, Brenda Christian of Narrows, VA, and Rhonda Laquatra of Cleveland, OH; and two grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, February 22, 2019, at the Broyles-Shrewsbury Funeral Home Chapel in Peterstown, WV, with Rev. Bobby Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens in Lindside, WV.
