MISSION – Alma Nelly Santana, 53, of Mission, Texas died at 10:30p.m. on Monday, February 18, 2019 at the PaxVilla Hospice in McAllen, Texas after a lengthy illness. Nelly was born on February 2, 1966 and was a lifelong resident of Mission. She is preceded in death by her father Eustorjio Santana; siblings Arnoldo Santana and Arcelia Santana.

She is survived by her mother Guadalupe Santana; four brothers, Arnoldo (Janie) Santana, Armando (Enedelia) Santana, Eustorjio Jr., and Alejandro Santana, one sister Armelinda Cantu and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Family will be receiving friends on Thursday, February 21, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. at the Lord and I Memorial Chapel in Peñitas, Texas. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, February 22, 2019 at the Lord and I Memorial Chapel in Peñitas, Texas.
