Obituary of Amy Sivulich Amy R. Sivulich, 56, a longtime resident of Milan, NY, passed away on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at her home after a four-year battle with cancer. Born on April 14, 1962, in Carbondale, PA, she was the daughter of Joyce Gustin of Elizaville, NY and the late Thomas Niekrewicz. Amy earned her bachelor’s degree in 1984 in accounting from Siena College.

Amy married Edward “Butch” Sivulich in 1985 in Rhinebeck, NY, and Butch survives at home. For many years, Amy worked as a self-employed CPA, and previously worked for Schaine and Company CPA’s-based in New Paltz, NY. She was a longtime communicant of St. Christopher’s Church in Red Hook, NY Active in her sons athletic endeavors, Amy served as the President of Red Hook Soccer in Red Hook, NY; President and board member of Middlepath FC Soccer based in LaGrange, NY; and as Manager of Ironbound Soccer Club in Newark, NJ.

In addition to her loving husband Butch, she is survived by her loving and devoted sons, Josh Sivulich, Tyler Sivulich, and Zach Sivulich all of Milan, NY; along with extended family, countless friends, and colleagues. Friends may call at the Burnett & White Funeral Homes on Monday, February 25, 2019 from 5-8 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, February 26th, 2019 at St. Christopher’s Church, Red Hook, NY.

Interment will be private. Memorial donations may be made in Amy’s memory to the Columbia Brain Tumor Center, www. columbianeurology.org/patient-care/neuro-oncology-brain-and-spinal-tumors/donate Arrangements are under the direction of Burnett & White Funeral Homes 7461 S. Broadway, Red Hook, NY.
