Born in Cayey, Puerto Rico to Narcisso and Julia Llera, she lived in the Bronx for 25 years before moving to Little Ferry and then to Maywood, NJ. She worked for Herz Specialty in Long Isalnd, NY as head clerk in the shipping dept.

Beloved wife of the late Santiago (Feb 1991). Devoted mother to Nilda Califano and her husband , Ernesto Nancy Villa and Her husband, Joseph Carolina Vazquez and her husband, Victor Santiago Maldonado and his wife, Mary Julia Daniels and the late Hans Maldonado 1995. Cherished grandmother of 10 and great-grandmother of 9.

Funeral from the Trinka Faustini Funeral Home on Saturday, February 16th at 8:30am. funeral Mass at Our Lady of Queen of Peace R.C Church, Maywood at 9am. Burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Brooklyn, N.Y. Visitation Friday 7-9PM.
