Obituary for Andrew F. Low Andrew F. Low, 89 of Yuba City, went to be with our Lord and Savior on June 4, 2018, surrounded by his loving family. He is now reunited with his wife CiCi. He was born on January 24, 1929, to Him and Yim Lew in Merced, CA.

Andy attended St. Mary’s Elementary School, Sacred Heart High School in San Francisco, and the University of Santa Clara. Andy met the love of his life, CiCi and they were married on June 28, 1952. He is survived by 4 children: Andrew John (Lynette) Low of Irvine, CA, David (Penny) Low of San Ramon, CA, Marie (Dennis) Sprague of Yuba City, and Christine (Warren) Jung of Citrus Heights, CA, 5 grandchildren: Steven, Julianne, Scott, Zachary (Melissa), and Elizabeth (Daniel), and 2 great-grandchildren: Greyson and Amelia.

Three sisters: Lillian (Fred) Young of San Mateo, CA, Annie Hong of Daly City, CA, and Jean (David) Lee of San Francisco, CA, and many nieces and nephews. Andy resided in Yuba City for over 50 years where he was the sales manager for Palace Meat Company. He was a devoted member of St. Isidore Catholic Church where he served as a Eucharistic Minister, lector, and choir member.

He will be remembered for his kind heart, gentle spirit, his sense of humor, his love for his family and friends, and his love for his favorite sports teams the Giants and 49ers. Family and friends are invited to a Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6 p.m. on Friday, June 15, 2018 at Ullrey Memorial Chapel. On Saturday, June 16, 2018 a Mass of Christian Burialwill be celebrated at 2 p.m. at St. Isidore Catholic Church, 222 Clark Ave.
