Mr. Andy Ogene Williams age 61, of Mount Airy, NC, passed away on July 3, 2018 at Northern Hospital of Surry County. He was born on February 23, 1957, to the late Howard Payton Williams and Estelle Bennett Williams Joyce. Mr. Williams is survived by a son, Andy Williams, Jr; his life-long partner, Pauline Williams; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Shelby Stanley and fiancé, Larry and Rita Joyce Rudisill and husband, Thomas; and two brothers and sister-in-law, Howard Williams and Robert Joyce and wife, Dianne.

He was predeceased by his parents, Howard Payton Williams and Estelle Bennett Williams Joyce. There will be no formal services. Cox-Needham Funeral Home of Pilot Mountain (www.
