Mr. Arnder, age 90, of Mount Airy, NC, passed away on September 30, 2018 at Central Continuing Care. He was born on July 2, 1928 to Jack Andrew Arnder and Avie J. Jackson Arnder. Mr. Arnder is survived by his loving wife, Mary Ruth Arnder; his sons Johnny Dale Arnder and wife Kathy and Timothy James Arnder and wife Jennifer; his daughter Nellie Ruth Arnder Kirkman and husband Roger; and seven grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Andrew Arnder; his mother, Avie J. Jackson Arnder; and his son, Stephen Henry Arnder. A funeral service will be conducted on October 4, 2018 at Cox-Needham Funeral Home at 1:00PM with Rev. Larry Thomas, Rev.

Randy Edwards and Rev. Dwight Sechrist officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00PM to 1:00PM at Cox-Needham.

Interment will follow at New Venture Baptist Church Cemetery. Cox-Needham Funeral Home of Pilot Mountain (www. coxneedham.com, www.
