Canfield, 76, died February 11, 2019, at her home in Hutchinson. She was born January 14, 1943, in Kingman, to Merle and Mary (Caldwell) Clark. Anita graduated from Kingman High School.

She owned ‘Trophy Town’, along with her husband, Bill. Anita was a member of First Congregational Church, Hutchinson. On March 30, 1962, she married Wilbur ‘Bill’ Canfield, Jr. in Hutchinson.

He died August 30, 2000. Anita is survived by: children, Thomas Canfield (Leise) of Hutchinson, Chris Canfield (Becky) of Buhler, Debra Tuzicka (Chris) of Waterloo, Iowa; grandchildren, Liam Tuzicka, Devin Canfield, Brooklyn Canfield, Carrlee Canfield, Dustin Childs, Mariah Klusener, Taliyah Childs; great-grandson, Kellen Klusener; sister, Donna Kay Schneweis; brother, Dennis Clark; and sister-in-law, Beth Babb. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 17, 2019, at First Congregational Church, 3410 N. Plum, Hutchinson, with Pastor Matt Stafford officiating. Memorials may be made to the Anita Canfield Memorial Fund, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
