Obituary for Ann C. Prete Ann Della Rocca Prete, 97, of West Haven passed away peacefully on January 18, 2019 at Apple Rehab, West Haven. She was the wife of the late Michael Prete. She leaves her daughter and son-in-law, Deborah and John Maru, grandchildren Kai (Zachary) Duran and Jonathan Maru and the late Kimberly Maru, 2 great grandchildren Remy and Koa Duran, and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by siblings Burnette Ruggiero, Carmel Della Rocca, Mary Savino, Mafalda Bonaldo, and Joseph Della Rocca. Ann’s family would like to thank the entire 3rd floor staff at Apple Rehab, especially Mary, Christine, Melanie, Jen & Nancy for their love, kindness and compassion. Visitation will be held on Tuesday morning from 9:00 to 10:30 at the West Haven Funeral Home at the Green.

Her funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 10:30. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Lawrence Church 11o’clock. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN. 38105-9959.
