Antoinette Brittain, 84, passed away on Friday, May 10, 2019, at her home. She was the beloved wife of 45 years to Edward W. Brittain, Jr. Loving mother of James W. Smith, Peggy Stein, Edward W. Brittain, III. and the late Kenneth Smith, who passed away in 1987.

Dear mother-in-law of Geraldine Smith, Scott Stein and Catherine Brittain. Devoted grandmother of Shawn and Amanda, Jessica and Ian, Courtney and Casey and Edward and Antonio. Cherished great grandmother to Isabella Mae.

The family will receive friends from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on Sunday, May 12, 2019 and Monday, May 13, 2019 at the John Vincent Scalia Home For Funerals, Inc., 28 Eltingville Blvd. (at Eltingville Station), Staten Island, New York. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Thomas The Apostle Church, located at 6097 Amboy Road, Staten Island on Tuesday, May 14, 2019.
