Antonio Dwayne Frazer, nicknamed “Tony,” passed away March 14, 2019 at the age of 58 at ContinueCare Hospital of Baptist Health Madisonville. Tony was born October 23, 1960 in Madisonville, Kentucky to Samuel Edward Frazer, Jr. and Loretta Carney Frazer. He attended school in Gary, Indiana.

After returning to Madisonville, he attended Christ Church Holiness. Tony was a people person and loved his music. He was a friendly person and was well-liked by many.

Tony was preceded in death by his father and mother, Sam and Loretta; his son, Shawn Antonio Baxter; and his grandparents: Samuel Frazer and Sadie Scisney. Left to mourn his loss are his wife, Mary Frazer; his grandson, Jeremiah Baxter; his sisters: Debra Frazer and Karen Maypray; and four brothers: Derrick (Antoinette) Frazer, Samuel Frazer III, Anthony Frazer, and Tim Maypray; and a host of uncles, aunts, and cousins.
