Mary M. Olson, 77, of Evansville, passed away Saturday, March 16, 2019 at her home with family by her side. She was born March 3, 1942 to the late Paul and Evelyn (Lee) Hoehn. She worked for Snap Photo before retiring from TJ Maxx.

Mary loved to go camping, fishing, quilting, crafting, and spending time with her grandchildren. Mary is survived by her sons, Travis Lynn Hoehn of Louisville KY, Carl Ole Olson III of Evansville; daughter, Cindy Sue Olson of Evansville; grandsons, William Casteel, Carl Ole Olsen IV; granddaughter, Dacoda Marae Olson; great grandson, Remington Cooper Peak and a great granddaughter on the way. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Ole Olson Jr.; sister, Gladys Bridwell; brothers, Robert, Melvin, Paul Jr., and Daniel Hoehn.

The family would like to thank Mary’s daughter-in-law, Juanita May Olson for taking such great care of her and helping her on her journey to the Lord. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 20, 2019 from 10:00am-12:00pm at Ziemer Funeral Home Central Chapel, 626 N. First Avenue, Evansville, IN 47710. A funeral service will follow at 12:00pm at the funeral home with Pastor Billy Thompson officiating.
