Arlene I. Jones, 83, of Charleroi, passed away Saturday, May 19, 2018. She was born July 19, 1934, in Charleroi, the daughter of the late Edger Curtis and Bertha Mae Abbott Mitchell. Arlene enjoyed traveling especially in Japan and Alaska.

She was survived by her children, Margaret Holman and husband Harold of the state of Washington, Cheryl Sargent of Cape Coral, Fla. , Karen Jones of Anchorage, Alaska, William Jones II and wife Robin of Boise, Idaho. , Carl Jones of North Huntingdon and Dawn Jones of Charleroi; sister, Joyce Gillian and husband Jack of Speers Hill; and brother, Edgar Mitchell and wife Suz of Virginia.

Also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. There will be no public visitation. Arrangements were entrusted to the SCHROCK-HOGAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES INC.
