Jennie Iacovangelo Washchyshak, 92, of North Charleroi, passed away on Thursday, June 28, 2018. Born on June 27, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Maria (DeMaria) Iacovangelo. She was a devout Catholic and a wonderful seamstress.

Jennie is survived by her son, Mickey Washchyshak, of North Charleroi; daughter, Lynn Bowling, and fiancee Paul Schaeffer, of LaPlata, MD; sister, Rose Iacovangelo, of Florida; grandchildren, Nathaniel Iacovangelo Bowling and James Michael Bowling; step-grandchildren, Joshua and Coulson Schaeffer; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Michael Washchyshak, in 2012; and siblings, Mary Evans, Antoinette Feraci, and Dominick, Samuel, and Michael Iacovangelo. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, July 1, in the CARL J. SPALLINO FUNERAL HOME, 819 Fallowfield Ave.

, Charleroi, Joseph A. Lopez, funeral director. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. on Monday, in Epiphany of our Lord Catholic Church, 44 Pennsylvania Blvd. , Monessen, with interment following in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
