Arthur F. Dewing, 95, formerly of Owego, passed peacefully June 1 at Elizabeth Church Manor in Binghamton. Son of Charles and Flora Dewing, he is preceded in death by daughter Nancy Dewing Waterman. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Ted and Anne Dewing, Woodstock, Ga.

, grandchildren Derek Waterman (Cathy), Owego, Kristi Murray (James), Westfield, NJ and Brian Dewing (Karey) McDonough, Ga. He was a veteran of World War II and retired from IBM with 35 years of service. A committal service will be held on Tuesday, July 10th, at 11:00am, at Vestal Hills Memorial Park, 3997 Vestal Road, Vestal.
