Survivors are his Dad Douglas Fowler, Uncle Jay Fowler; Cousins Sarah and Todd Fowler; and his half Brother Dustin Townsend. Preceded in death by his Mother Angel Fowler. All arrangements are private and are being handled by the Potti Funeral Home in Madison.
