Obituary of Arthur Stout Arthur E. Stout, 70, of Salisbury, passed away on Friday, October 5, 2018, peacefully at Peninsula Regional Medical Center. Born on September 19, 1948, he was the son of the late Andrew K. and Emma Cooper Stout. A Celebration of Arthur’s Life will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 12 pm at Salisbury Baptist Temple in Salisbury.

Interment will be private. A visitation with the family will be held one hour prior to the service. Arrangements are in the care of Holloway Funeral Home, P.A., 501 Snow Hill Road, Salisbury, MD 21804.
