Obituary for Aubrey James Gibson Aubrey (Jim) Gibson died Tuesday, December 18, 2018 in Whiteface, Texas at the age of 74 years, 9 months and 27 days. He was born February 21, 1944 in Bridgeport, Alabama to A.J. and Emogene (Lawhorn) Gibson. Jim served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.

He was a Pharmacy Technician. Jim was an avid college football fan, with the Texas Longhorns and Alabama being his favorites. He loved country music and treasured time spent with his grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents and one son, Ronnie Gibson. Jim is survived by his two sons, Gary Gibson and his wife, Wendy of Roanoke, Texas and Jay Gibson of Levelland, Texas; his three daughters, April Williamson of Palestine, Texas, Jenny Henry and her husband, Pat of Morton, Texas and Amanda Gibson of Levelland, Texas; his sister, Patsy Greene and her husband, John of El Paso, Texas; 14 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
