Jose is survived by his mother, Maria Ramirez; his two daughters, Samantha Ramirez of Muleshoe, Texas and Blanca Ramirez of Muleshoe, Texas; his two sisters, Yolanda Burciaga and her husband, Saul of Portales, New Mexico and Maria Lopez and her husband, Cayetano of Bovina, Texas; his three brothers, Julian Ramirez and his wife, Diana of Bovina, Texas, Valentin Ramirez and his wife, Rosario of Ft. Bragg, North Carolina and Roberto Ramirez of Muleshoe, Texas; and one grandchild, Alan Alejandro Ramirez.
