New Waterford – Barbara A. Ward, 74, of New Waterford, died Thursday, April 12, 2018 at Aultman Compassionate Care Center, Canton. Barbara was born, April 19, 1943, a daughter of the late Andrew and Mary Ann Derwinis Krovonick. She worked as a seamstress with Indiana Sports Wear, Indiana, PA and Kenmar, East Palestine.

Barbara also worked as a house keeper at Greenbriar Health Care Center, Boardman. Barbara is survived by her daughter, Tina (Kip) Bolon of North Canton; a son, Eric Ward of New Waterford; two grandchildren, Taylor and Jarrod Bolon of North Canton and two nieces, Vicki Sook of Hurricane, WV and Tracy Easter of Ravenswood, WV. She was preceded in death by a sister, Helen Marie Easter and a brother, John Krovonick.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 21, 2018, at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana, with Pastor Kari Lankford officiating.
