Barbara Ann “Bobbie” Moore (68) of Elyria went home to be with the lord on August 30, 2018 following a sudden illness. She was born in Magnolia, Arkansas coming to Lorain 60 years ago. She was employed as a housekeeper for Palm Crest East Nursing Home of Elyria, and Oak Hill Nursing Home of Lorain, for many years.

She was a member of Greater Noel Tabernacle Church, and served on the kitchen committee. She enjoyed playing bingo and gaming and spending time with her grandchildren, family and friends. She will be sadly missed her sons, Roddale Moore of Akron, Jerry Moore of Elyria, Corey (Shelia) Moore of Lorain; daughter, Cheri Wilson-Jenkins of Lorain; 18 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren; sisters, Peggy Daniels of Columbus, Oh.

, Denise Harris of Lorain, Oh. ; special-sister, Iris Hammond of Elyria, Oh; brothers, Lonnie (Talanya) Harris of Elyria, John Harris of Lorain, Oh. ; uncle, J.D. Scott of Lorain, Oh.

; aunt, Louise Cannon of Lorain, Oh. ; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Friends may call Thursday, September, 6, 2018 from 10:00am until time of service at 11:00am in the Greater Noel Tabernacle, 3529 Ada Ave.

, Lorain, Pastor Wilbert Wofford Jr. will officiate and Pastor Bobby Calloway will co-officiate. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Lorain. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Carter Funeral Home, 3001 Elyria Ave.
