Obituary for Barbara Myers (Myers) Barbara L. Myers, 81, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus, on Sunday, July 15, 2018. Barb was born on October 7, 1936, to the late Fred and Daught Myers. She received the gift of Holy Baptism on June 20, 1943.
She confessed her baptismal faith in the rite of Confirmation on April 2, 1950. God blessed Barb’s life with many special friendships as she served God in her vocations at home, church, work and in the community. She was an active member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church.
She is survived by many friends and will be a dearly missed force for light in the world. Memorial Service will be 1:30 pm, Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 917 W. Jefferson Blvd. Memorials may be made to Emmanuel Lutheran Church.
