Obituary for Barbara S. Ille Barbara S. Ille, age 75, a resident of Northville died Friday April 20, 2018 at home with her loving family by her side. She was born in Gloversville, NY on December 5, 1942. The daughter of the late Darwin Schuler and Wilda Graham Allen.

She was employed for many years by New York State working as a caregiver for people with disabilities. Barbara loved the ocean at Myrtle Beach, SC, where she spent winters with her husband for the past 10 years. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, Unit 337, Broadalbin.

Barbara is survived by her loving husband, John, whom she married on August 9, 1971, six children, Cindy King and Lynn Harris (Rich) both of Amsterdam, Jeff Ille (Jill) of Mayfield, David Parkhurst (Erica) of Johnstown, Richard Parkhurst (Shannon) and Johna Sisum (Damian) both of Northville. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, a nephew and several cousins. Barbara was predeceased by her daughter, Wendy Jordan, son-in-law, Mark King, and sister, Shirley Standhart.

In keeping with Barbara’s wishes there will be no calling hours or funeral service. A memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice, Gloversville, NY.
