Barbara Jean Martin, 67, of Bowling Green, passed away, Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at The Medical Center in Bowling Green. She was born October 8, 1950 to the late Robert H. Law, JR. She was a retired assembly worker for Fruit of Loom.

She loved gambling. Aside from her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Leon Martin. Survivors include her two daughters, Joyce (Brian) Risen of Magnolia and Paula Borden of Bowling Green, two sisters, Brenda Kay Taylor of Columbia, TN and Joyce Alford of Bowling Green.

She was blessed with six grandchildren, James Borden, Maranda Temples, Stephanie Uhles, Blake Risen, Bryce Risen, and Baily Risen, and three great grandchildren, Jayden Temples, Brentley Temples, and Taylor Jean Lowery. Two nieces also survive. Funeral service will be at 2:00PM, Sunday, September 30, 2018 at J.C. Kirby and Son Broadway Chapel, with burial in Smith Cemetery in Morgantown.

Visitation will be from 3-8PM, Saturday and 9AM until time of service Sunday at the funeral home.
