Sill, OK and Billy Joel Wade Bishop from Missouri; his siblings, Billy Bishop, Bobby Bishop and his wife Kelly and Tina Havner and her husband Tony; his aunt, Billie Pauline Stringer; and his special companion, Pat Dornberg.
