Debadts – Barry J., 64, East Taylor Township, went to be with the Lord on November 9, 2018. Born on May 24, 1954 in Sodus, NY, son of the late Earl Debadts and Inez L. (Goulette) Debadts, East Conemaugh. In addition to his father he is preceded in death by sisters, Darlene Irwin and Bonnie Barclay, and a brother, Richard.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his loving wife, Debra “Debbie” (Cristoff) Debadts; daughters, Amanda A., and her fiancée, Calvin C. Rose, both of East Conemaugh, and Jennifer (Michael) Catalone, Syracuse, NY; grandchildren, Alyssa Oakland, Kylie Rose, and Draevyn Rose; brother, Darryl (Carol) Debadts, Winter Haven, FL; brother-in-law, Sam (Irene) Cristoff, East Taylor Township; sister-in-law, Carol (Don) Pribozie, East Taylor Township and several nieces and nephews. Barry was a graduate of Sodus Central High School. He was a US Navy Veteran serving during the Vietnam War.

Barry was employed at JMG Enterprise Trucking for over 15 years as a Truck Driver. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #1811. Barry enjoyed NASCAR, trucking, his cats, and the outdoors.

He loved his entire family dearly, especially his grandchildren. At Barry’s request, there will be no public viewing. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date to be announced at Conemaugh Church of the Brethren with the Rev.

Patrick K. Himes officiating. Private inurnment will be held at the convenience of the family. The family is being served by the Baker-Harris Funeral Chapel, 229-231 First Street, Conemaugh.
