Benny L. Grose, 75, died Thursday, February 14, 2019 at his home in Marion, Indiana. Benny was born in Marion, Indiana on June 12, 1943, son of the late Leroy and Mary (McNeely) Grose. He married Michal S. Hoheimer on December 15, 1961 in Lexington, Kentucky.

Benny retired from Genreral Motors in where he worked in the Maintenance Department. Benny loved his family most of all and enjoyed their Friday night get togethers play Aggravation which he was good at because he enjoyed being a teaser and prankster. He enjoyed working in the yard and fixing things around the house, fishing, having coffee with his friends at Richards.

He loved to cook and spending time with his grandson. He was most passionate about his wife and loved to say, ”I love my wife and her two crazy dogs”. Benny is survived by his wife of 57 years, Michal Grose, three children; Tonya Grose, Huntington, Raejeana Grose, Gas City, and Kimberly (Shelli Rigsby-Treece) Treece, Simmonsville, SC.

grandson, Landen Rigsby-Treece, sister, Shirley Cowgill, Upland, and brothers; Harry (Misty) Grose, Gas City and Ronny Grose, Alexandria, Indiana Benny was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Saraya Grose, and sister, Phyllis Hawkins. Arrangements are entrusted to Armes-Hunt Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 415 S. Main Street, Fairmount, Indiana where the family will receive friends from 3-4 PM Thursday February 21, 2019 with the funeral to follow at 4:00 PM with Rev. Leo Moore officiating followed by cremation.
