Obituary of Bettie Giangrasso Bettie Brackett Giangrasso, age 90, of Trumbull, beloved wife of the late Anthony E. Giangrasso, M. D., passed away on Thursday, June 7, 2018. Born in Norridgewock, Maine on March 14, 1928, she was a daughter of the late Carl and Eunice Magoon Brackett. In addition to her husband, Anthony, she was predeceased by a son, Thomas and two sisters, Carol Stanislawski and Edna Mitchell.

Survivors include two daughters, Valentina Giangrasso-Gryniuk and her husband Jonathan of Castle Rock, CO and Cassandra Basque and her husband Ron of Milford, CT and five grandchildren, Tony Casper of Albany, NY, Evan Casper of Castle Rock, CO, Rebekah Basque of Milford, Timothy Basque of Trumbull and Daniel Basque of Wallingford, a sister, Patricia Wheeler of Milford and many nieces and nephews. Friends can greet the family on Monday, June 11, 2018 from 4-7 p.m. at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull. A prayer service will take place on Monday night at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home.

Interment will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 in Long Hill Burial Grounds, Middlebrooks Avenue, Trumbull. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Connecticut Hospice 100 Double Beach Rd. , Branford, CT 06405.
