Betty “Bama” Sue Fuller, 84, of Phenix City, AL passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 14, 2019 at Canterbury Health Care in Phenix City, AL. Funeral services will be held 3:00 pm EST on Sunday, March 17, 2019 at Vance Brooks Funeral Home in Phenix City with Rev. Gary Kelley officiating.

Interment will follow at Lakeview Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2:00 to 3:00 pm EST prior to the service on Sunday at the funeral home in Phenix City. Ms. Fuller was born May 23, 1934 in Chilton County, AL, daughter of the late Johnny L. Jones and Exa Eudora Grant Jones.

She was a Christian by faith. She enjoyed playing cards, gardening, fishing, and strolling around Bama’s pond. She loved spending quality time with all her grandchildren and great grandchildren, but she had very special place in her heart for her daughter Susie whom she adored as her little Angel.

Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by five brothers, Clifton Jones, Charles Jones, James Jones, Lamar Jones, and G. P. Jones, and one sister, Earline Robinson. She is survived by two daughters, Vicki Lynn Fuller Johnston and husband Rusty of Phenxi City, AL, and Susan Lee “Susie” Fuller of Phenix City, AL, and one son Charles Mitchell “Mitch” Fuller, Jr. and wife Tracy of Phenix City, AL; (5) grandchildren, Leslie Upton (Matt), Chaz Johnston, Clayton Fuller, Jeramy Morris, and Amanda Ambrose, (5) great grandchildren, Jack, Luke, Kylie, Charlee, and Zyler, and a host of nieces, and nephews.
