Obituary for BevaLee Smith BevaLee Smith a lifelong Grand Ledge resident, passed away November 16, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on April 15, 1927 in Beaverton, Michigan to the late LeRoy B. and Edith E. (Foor) Brown. BevaLee met Lee E. Smith and they had 4 wonderful daughters and a son.

Later in life she obtained her Real-Estate License and successfully sold homes for a number of years. She enjoyed helping and serving others and did so by volunteering 18 years for Meals On Wheels. She also served her community volunteering through the Grand Ledge Chamber of Commerce.

She leaves a wonderful legacy and treasure in her family including daughters, Linda Lee (Tom) Robertson, Kay Ann (Theron) Guild, Donna Rae (Terry) Edsall and Jan Marie (Garth) Green; daughter-in-law, Janice Smith; grandchildren, Michael and Derek (Mindy) Robertson, Heather, Holly, Trent (Tracie) and Troy Guild, Jason (Rochelle), Nick (Julie) Smith, Lee (Jacklyn) and Scott Green; 13 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter. She was preceded in death by Husband Lee E. Smith, second husband Keith Boyer and son, Gary Robert Smith. A memorial service will be held Tuesday November 20, 2018, 1:00 p.m. at the Holihan-Atkin-Barclay Funeral Home, Grand Ledge with Pastor Betty Smith, officiating.

Visitation will be Tuesday at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 1:00 p.m. Memorial contributions in BevaLee’s name may be given to the Capital Area Humane Society 7095 W.
