Beverly Jeanne Rutherford (Bledsoe) was born in Lee County on April 2, 1953 and passed away on February 25, 2019 at her home, surrounded by her loving family. Beverly was a registered nurse for 44 years and was last employed at ARH in Harlan, KY. She was of the Methodist faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, the late James Bledsoe and Mossie (Brooks) Fee; one sister, Frances Johnson and one brother, Glen Fee. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Danny Rutherford; her three children, Michael Bledsoe, Ashley Lindholm and husband, Jared and Kala Stapleton and husband, Johnathan; four grandchildren, Jacob Bledsoe and wife Crystal, Natalie Parker, Peyton Parker and Bennett Lindholm; four sisters, Burnadine Williams, Dianna Burke, Donna Glass and Teresa Long; and one brother, Lee Bledsoe. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at Robinette Funeral Home in Jonesville, VA.

Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Paul Davis, Jr. officiating. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in the Rutherford Family Cemetery.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to Dr. John Scott Litton, Jr. and the staff at Litton Family Medicine, Kaye Smith and the staff at In Home Care and Walmart Pharmacy in Ben Hur, VA.
