Billie Doris Little Cline, 88, of Concord, passed away Thursday, September 13, 2018 at Five Oaks Manor in Concord. Billie was born November 19, 1929 in Concord to the late Odell and Ethel Little. She was also preceded in death by daughter, Cathy Wayne; three brothers and one sister.

Billie enjoyed knitting, crocheting and sewing. She loved all animals, especially her cats. Survivors include beloved husband of 72 years, Ray B. Cline; son, Tony Cline and wife, Eva; brother, Bucky Little; sisters, Helen Troutman and Ruby Brawley and husband, Jim; four grandchildren, Lisa Rinehart, Eric Von Cline, Billy Ray Cline, and John Wayne; 13 great-grandchildren; and 30 great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 20, 2018 at Hartsell Funeral Home, 460 Branchview Drive NE, Concord. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm – 2:45 pm, two hours prior to the service. The service will be at 3:00 pm in the funeral home chapel, officiated by Rev.

Robert E. Palisin and Rev. Clark Remsburg. Billie will be laid to rest, following the service, at Poplar Tent Presbyterian Church Cemetery, 6841 Poplar Tent Rd, Concord.
