Obituary for David Stump Mr. David Allan Stump, age 77 passed away Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at Pruitt Health in Harrisburg. A service to celebrate his life will be held at a later date, and will be posted as soon as it is scheduled. David was born March 5, 1941 in Rahway, New Jersey, a son of the late Robert Ray and Jane G. Stump.

He was also preceded in death by his first wife, Patricia F. Stump. David retired from Office Interiors in Charlotte. He enjoyed playing golf and his restaurant of choice was Bojangles.

He was dearly loved and will be dearly missed by his family, especially his precious “furr baby”, Shayna. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Daphne P. Stump; daughter, Sherill Overberg and husband, Rick of La Belle, Fl; step-daughter, Daphne Graziadei and husband, Michael of Concord; sister, Maryanne Smith and husband, Rick Masters of Unionville, IN; brother, Jim Stump and wife, Mary of North Webster, IN; numerous other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in honor of David to the Humane Society of Concord and Greater Cabarrus County, 2010 Wilshire Court, SW, Concord, NC 28025.
