Obituary for Billy Frank Williams Billy Frank Williams was born on May 20, 1930 to Elbert and Icie May Williams. He left this life for Heaven on November 22, 2018. He graduated from Hanceville High School in 1948 and joined the Army in 1951.

He served in the Korean War where he earned a Purple Heart. He worked Retail until he had to take disability retirement at the age of 52. On July 18,1953, Bill married the love of his life, Juanita Steele Williams, and they were blessed with over 62 years of marriage until she passed away on September 3, 2015.

He was a dedicated member of Eastside Baptist Church. Survivors are children: Debbie W. Cooke (Wayne), Sharon W. Burton (Arnold), Billy Ken Williams (Arline); grandchildren Jason Cooke (Heather), Brittney Burton, Cierra Cooke Bragan (John David), Ashley Burton, Joshua Williams, Kenslee Williams; 5 great-grandchildren; one sister Jeanie Brown and one sister-in-law Carolyn Smith. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Juanita; five brothers, three sisters and five in-laws; Hilry Williams, Wyman Williams (Shirley), Miletus “Crip” Williams, Baby Boy Williams, Lucille Williams Barnett (Paul), Mary Ola Williams Webb (Joe), Elbert A. Williams Jr. (Grace) and Christine Williams Lee and brother in law, Treva Brown.

He also loved and treasured many nieces, nephews, neighbors, friends, a wonderful church family and his newest family at Covenant Place. Special thanks to Mary Brewer and Jan Coats for their love and dedication to our Daddy. His service will be at The New Gardendale Funeral Home on November 26, 2018 at 12:00 PM with visitation preceding the service from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM.

Graveside service will follow after service at Hopewell Cemetery in Hanceville, AL. Bro. Mark Smith will officiate.
