Billy Lester Hart age 77 of West Jefferson, NC died Saturday, April 21, 2018 at Ashe Memorial Hospital. Mr. Hart was born November 3, 1940 in Ashe County. He was preceded in death by his father, Walter Hart, mother, Adalene Stansberry Hart Gambill, and sister, Patsy Goodman.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete. Mr. Hart is survived by his wife, Elizabeth White Hart, daughter, Mary Elizabeth Rhinehardt and fiancé Ricky Oakley of Grassy Creek, grandchildren, Brittany Cline and Beth MacPherson and several nieces and nephews.
