OBITUARY Billy Neal Robison August 27, 1943 – July 17, 2018 Billy Neal Robison of Rankin, Texas went to be with his Lord and Savior on July 17, 2018. Billy was born on August 27, 1943 to George Wilson and Wilma Robison in Marfa, Texas. He met the love of his life, Becky McGuire, in Lubbock and they were married on October 8, 1974.

They had 4 children, Randa, Roy, Shonna and Coty. Billy worked for Borden’s Milk Company in Lubbock until he and Becky moved to Rankin in 1975. He worked for Halliburton for 34 years until his retirement in 2004.

He is preceeded in death by his mother and father, 2 brothers, and his son, Roy. He is survived by his wife Becky Robison, daughter Randa Robison and son Coty Robison all of Rankin and daughter Shonna Parks and husband Jason of Mertzon, grandchildren Amery, Kael, Jonathan, Phoenix and Morgan, stepmother Lucille Ribble, brother Larry and several nieces and nephews. Billy was a gentle soul and was loved by many.

He worked hard to support his family and was an amazing husband and father. Visitation will be at Johnson’s Funeral Home in San Angelo on Friday, July 20th from 5pm to 7pm and graveside service on Saturday at Johnson’s Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens at 11am. Graveside service will be officiated by Portis Ribble.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of Midland. Mr. Robison also leaves behind several nieces and nephews to cherish his memory.
