Bonnie’s Obituary Funeral services for Bonnie Ruth Bellah, 94, of Wills Point, are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 23, 2019, at Allan Fuller Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point with Rev. Don Myers officiating. Interment will follow at 1:15 p.m. at the Dallas/Ft.

Worth National Cemetery. She passed away Thursday, January 17, 2019, at her residence in Wills Point. Bonnie was born October 13, 1924, in Lone Oak, the daughter of Robert G. Lemons, Sr. and Elizabeth A. Titus Lemons.

She was raised in Lone Oak and graduated from Lone Oak High School in 1942. Bonnie married Luther Edward Bellah on December 24, 1941, in Lone Oak. She was formerly employed as a lab assistant for Texas Instruments in Dallas for twenty-five years, retiring in 1985.

She lived in Dallas prior to moving to Wills Point in 1990. In her spare time, Bonnie enjoyed gardening and crocheting. She also enjoyed canning food and had won several awards.

Bonnie was a member of the Fairview Club, Red Hat Club, Rebekah Lodge and the First Baptist Church in Wills Point. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Elizabeth Lemons; husband, Luther E. Bellah on July 30, 2011; brother, Bobby Lemons and three sisters, Wanda Ballard, Jeanette Gilbert and Addie Jo Brownlow. Bonnie is survived by her two sons, Robert E. Bellah & wife, JoAnn, of Mesquite and Ronald L. Bellah & wife, Marilyn, of Haslet; sister, Thelma Hopkins, of Tyler and grandson, Justin Bellah.

Family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday morning one hour prior to service.
