Rebecca Harper was born April 21, 1956, to Wilburn B. Harper and Verda L. Wilcoxson. She was raised in the Dallas and Houston areas. Rebecca is survived by her husband, Jeff Cumbie of New Caney, TX; son, Benji Grothe of New Caney, TX; nephews, Donald Templin and wife Rosanne of Allen, TX, James Drummond and wife Heather of Michigan and Stacey Smith of Houston, TX; niece, Cynthia Smith of Oklahoma; aunt, Ozelle Wilcoxson of Wills Point, TX and uncle, Eugene Wilcoxson of Conroe, TX.
