Born and raised in Atlantic City, NJ, he has lived in Williamstown since 2002. Braxton graduated from Atlantic City High School, Class of 1981.

He worked for Palmer Food Services of Rochester, NY. He was a member of the Teamsters Union Local# 331 and he was an avid fisherman. Beloved husband of Rene Duckrey (nee Dillard).

Devoted father of Danielle Rene Duckrey and Samantha Torres. Loving son of the late Jack Marvin Duckrey and the late Sewalla Fedricia Drummond-Bellamy. Dear brother of the late Jonathan Duckrey, India Elizabeth Harrison (Lance), and Timothy Duff-Drummond Duckrey, Dear uncle of Lawrence “Hank” Johnson (Loretta) and Fedricia Harrison.

Dear brother in law of Portia Hubert (George), Cynthia Smith (Charles), the late Barry Dillard, Sr., the late Gerald Dillard, the late Karen Payne (the late Johnny) and Michelle Profico (Albert, Sr.) Also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Saturday, March 9th from 9:00 – 11:00 am at the Gloucester County Community Church, 359 Chapel Heights Road, Washington Twp. (Sewell 08080), NJ, where a service will be held at 11:00 am.

Private cremation will follow the service.
