OBITUARY Brenda Ann Warren July 25, 1945 – January 16, 2019 Memorial Service for Brenda Ann Warren, 73, of Jacksonville will be held at 2pm on Saturday, January 19th 2019 at Gray Brown Service Mortuary with Dr. Rick Reaves officiating. The family will receive friends from 1-2pm Saturday at the funeral home. Mrs. Warren passed away at her home on Wednesday, January 16th, 2019.

Survivors include her son Greg Warren (Becky); grandchildren Dalton Warren and Dustin Warren; chosen daughter Robbie Stubbs (Larry); chosen grandchildren Seth and Shelby Coffman; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Warren is preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, Jerry Harold Warren Sr.; and sons Jerry “Sandy” Harold Warren Jr. and William “Randy” Randall Warren; brothers James Ralph Higgins, Robert Luther Higgins, and Walter Gray Higgins; sister Judy Wesson; and her parents Robert L. Higgins and Carrie LaNelle Curlee Higgins; Mrs. Warren was a native of Anniston, AL where she was a longtime member of Hillcrest Baptist Church. She spent her life as a caregiver for others.

One of her many qualities was providing food for the people she cared for so deeply. She loved sewing, as well as tending to and sharing her flowers. Another one of her favorite pastimes was watching and discussing football.

Her grandsons, Dalton and Dustin, were her whole world. She enjoyed cooking the boys Sunday dinners, sharing time together in conversation, and watching them play sports. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.

She will be greatly missed by all. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Anniston branch of the Alabama Cancer Care center in Mrs. Warren’s memory.
