Brenda Kay Elliott-Taylor, 65, of Muskogee, Oklahoma passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2019. She was born May 12, 1953 in Los Angeles, California to Charles Elliott and Betty Ruth (Morgan) Elliott. She will always be remembered for her love of cooking.

She was a wonderful chef and prepared meals in large casinos and other food establishments. Brenda was a true female pioneer in the international trucking industry. She operated tractor trailer semis for over two decades and drove tens of thousands of miles across the United States with her husband Andy.

Her most recent place of employment was at Homeland Grocery in Muskogee, Oklahoma where she worked in the deli department. Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Betty Elliott; brother, David Elliott; and her husband, Andy Taylor. She is survived by her sons, Sean Wilson and Clinton Wilson; her daughter, Michelle Elliott; her sister, Paula Clingan; 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; along with other family members and friends who will miss her greatly.
