Obituary for Brenda Lee Webb Brenda Lee Webb, 57, of Muskogee, Oklahoma passed away on Monday, November 12, 2018. She was born on March 6, 1961 to Kenneth Edward LaBounty and Carolyn Elaine (Vice) LaBounty Goats in Los Angeles, California. Brenda graduated from Checotah High School with the class of 1979.

She attended Indian Capital Vo-tech and received her LPN license in 1985. Brenda had many loves during her life including; Mickey Webb whom she was married to for 10 years and who adopted her daughter Tonya at the age of 13. Although divorced, Brenda and Mickey remained close.

Another one of her loves was Tracy Dye with whom she shared many years before his passing in 2010. Brenda worked as an LPN for many years. Her many patients meant more to her than the world.

She spent her entire life taking care of others – often even before herself. She enjoyed going fishing, playing card games and cheering for the OU Sooners. Brenda was an avid fan of OU and would dress in her OU clothes every time she had a chance.

She loved playing with her 7 year old grandson, Adam whom she adored. Brenda’s loving and caring heart will be forever cherished by the ones who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Homer and Jewel Vice; grandmother, Katherine LaBounty; and aunt, Anita Johnson.

Brenda is survived by her daughter, Tonya Fraley and husband Chris; grandson, Adam Fraley; mother and stepfather, Carolyn and Burl Goats; siblings, Shelley Branam and husband Tim, Tony LaBounty and wife Sharon, Kenny LaBounty, Chuck LaBounty, and Rick LaBounty and wife Cindy; 18 nieces and nephews; and many other family members and friends. Public viewing will be 2:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M., Thursday, November 15, 2018 at Cornerstone Funeral Home. A celebration of Brenda’s life will be 2:00 P.M., Saturday, November 17, 2018 at New Hope Assembly of God with Pastor Monte Humphrey officiating.

Brenda would have wanted everyone to be as comfortable as possible at her service, so in honor of Brenda the family has requested friends and family dress in either OU or another sports team apparel for her service.
