Obituary for Brenda Rae Campbell Brenda Rae Campbell, of Beggs, Oklahoma passed from this life on October 27, 2018 She was born on May 5, 1960 in Enid, Oklahoma to Donald Ray Campbell and Patsy Carol (Goodin) Campbell. When she was still a toddler, her family moved to Okmulgee. Brenda attended Wilson Elementary School where she participated in Metronome Choir.

In Middle School, she learned to play Clarinet and loved being a member of the Okmulgee Bulldog Band. She graduated from Okmulgee High School with the Class of 1978. She loved all kinds of animals and since her family lived outside of Okmulgee, she was able to have cats, dogs, and horses.

She had a love for others and helped anyone that she could. She had a strong Christian faith which sustained her throughout her journey of life. When her Mom, Pat, married Barry Parscal, she gained a step-father who loved and cared for her as his own.

Brenda, Pat and Barry were very much involved in the formation of the Unity Club, a 12-step recovery program in Okmulgee. They made many friends and worked to make life better for people struggling with addiction. Brenda was preceded in death by her Maternal Grandparents, Elmer (Tug) and Wilma Goodin, Paternal Grandparents, Raymond Campbell and Claire Dutton, and cousin, Jake Goodin.

She is survived by her son, Cody Ray and Brittany Campbell of Dickinson, North Dakota, brother, Cris and wife, Lydia Campbell, of Alva, Oklahoma, Step Sister Danielle and Andrew Bowser, and Uncles Bill and wife Linda Goodin, Grand Coulee, WA and Keith and Miriam Goodin of Checotah, Oklahoma, Aunt Sherrilee Goodin, Edmond; Her wishes were to a private family service. Memorial contributions may be made in Brenda’s memory to Unity Club, Okmulgee Animal Rescue or charity of choice. McClendon-Winters Funeral Home of Beggs, is in charge of arrangements and cremation services.
