Mrs. Hood died on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at Hospice Family Care. She was born September 25, 1958, in Morgan County to Melby Hutson and Stella Mae Nelson Hutson . She was preceded in death by her mother and her sister, Linda Bunch.

Survivors include her Husband: Donald Joe Hood Three Sons: Marlin Hood (Amy) Vernon Hood (Chrissy) Brian Hood (Andrea) One Daughter: Tasha Giddens (Jared) Father: Melby Hutson (Linda) Two Brothers: Marlin Hutson Wendell Hutson (Linda) Pallbearers will be Austin Hood, Ethan Moore, AJ Milligan, Seth Hood, Cameron Hood, Dallas Sullivan.
