KELTNER—Mr. Brian Wayne Keltner, age 43 of Orange Park, FL passed away October 26, 2018. Brian was born on August 18, 1975 in Houston, TX, the son of Roger S. Keltner and Carol Raasch Keltner. Brian is remembered as a dedicated and loving husband, father, son and friend.

His kind nature is deeply missed, and his passing has left tremendous heartache for everyone who knew and loved him. In honoring his wishes, memorialization is by cremation. A memorial service in celebration of his life will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday November 3, 2018 in the chapel of Jacksonville Memory Gardens Funeral Home, 111 Blanding Blvd.
