Obituary of Bryan Weyant Bryan V. Weyant December 16, 1957 – February 23, 2018 New Paltz, NY Bryan V. Weyant (“Farm”) passed away Friday, February 23, 2018 in Gardiner, NY, with his beloved long-time companion Denise Lippolis and his dogs, Audi and Stan by his side. Son of the late Vincent Weyant and Esther Ten Broeck Weyant, he was born December 16, 1957 in Highland Falls, NY, where he resided for a long time. He was a member of the Rod Benders Car Club in Highland Falls, NY and one of the founding members of the Bear Mountain Car Show, an event that started with 11 cars and has grown into a large-scale weekly event.

He is survived by his beloved companion: Denise Lippolis at home, Denise’s daughter: Ashley Lippolis of Philadelphia, PA, his brothers; Frank Wisniewski of Highland Falls NY, Leo Wisniewski, Vincent “Ken” Weyant, Jr., and his sisters; Patricia Elliot, and Esther Weyant. He is predeceased by his sister Teddy Curtis. Bryan was known and loved by many.

He challenged cancer with his wit and strength, and taught others the best way to deal with this deadly disease. Many who knew him will agree that in spite of his battle, he was able to put a smile on other people’s faces. His weekly gathering of cars at Nu Cavu on Thursdays fulfilled his goal of getting people together and having some fun.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, February 28th at William F. Hogan Funeral Home, 135 Main Street, Highland Falls, NY 10928. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Thursday, March 1st at Sacred Heart Church, 353 Main Street, Highland Falls, NY. Cremation will take place at Cedar Hill Crematory, Middle Hope, NY.
