Camille Nicole Foley Hines was born on November 2, 1969, in Dallas, Texas, to the parentage of George Leon and Ida Louise Marks Foley. She transitioned to eternity on February 22, 2019, in Dallas, Texas, at age 49. Camille attended St. Peters Academy for her elementary and middle school education.

She went on to attend Skyline High School and Richland College. She enjoyed a longtime career of over 20 years with Mary Kay. A virtuous woman personified, Camille’s name was purposely chosen, as Camille means “pretty little girl”.
