Carol Ann Finlay, 67, of Sevierville, passed away on Sunday, December 23, 2018. She was born on June 14, 1951 in Dayton, Ohio to her parents, Col. Johns S. Finlay III and Carolyn W. Finlay.

Carol loved to care for all manner of animals and was a Veterinarian Assistant for All Paws Veterinary Clinic. She had also worked as a sales associate for Pepper Dent. Carol was an active member of First United Methodist Church and valued her church family.

Carol is survived by her mother, Carolyn W. Finlay; brother, Col. John S. Finlay IV and his wife, Marie J. Finlay; nephews, John S. Finlay V and his wife, Jennifer, and Christopher Brian Finlay and his wife, Erica; great-nieces, Layla and Aubree Finlay; and many friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at Monocacy Cemetery in Beallsville, Maryland at a later date.
