Carter is survived by his loving parents, Christopher L. and Jessica L. Kiser; his brother, Zachary; his grandparents, Sara “Sally” and Gayle Kiser, and Nancy Fiori; his aunts and uncles, Catherine Kiser (fiancé John), Angela Fiori, Amanda (Todd) Miskovich, and Cynthia Fiori (Mark) and his cousins, Joshua, Dominic, Milena, and one on the way. He is predeceased by his grandfather, David Fiori.
