Obituary for Robert R. “Randy” Hostetler Robert (Randy) Hostetler, 69, of Ann Arbor, Michigan, formerly of Kokomo, Indiana died Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at home after a two-year battle with cancer. Randy, son of Robert L. Hostetler and Doris J. Hostetler Sellers, was born April 24, 1949 in Gary, Indiana. Randy married his high school sweetheart, Darlene (Larson) Hostetler in Gary, Indiana on August 22, 1970.

A proud graduate of Purdue University, Randy went on to work for General Motors for 30 years as an engineer and manager. Randy was an avid fisherman and above all loved spending time with his children and grandchildren, supporting them in their various activities. A devoted father and grandfather, Randy is survived by his children Janette (Matt) Brown of Indianapolis, Indiana, Scott (Adam Liebert) of Chicago, Illinois, Brian (Courtney) of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, and grandchildren Quinn, Clara, Zane, and Millie Brown.

He is also survived by siblings Larry Hostetler of Merrillville, Indiana, Kathy Cunningham of Portage, Indiana, and Dan Hostetler of Sidney, Nebraska. He was preceded in death by his wife, Darlene, and both of his parents. Private interment will take place in Kokomo, Indiana.
